My experience with Priya made it so much easier for me to find a place I can call home in Toronto. By the first time I contacted her, she was very professional and solicitor. She showed up to the appointment on time and answered every question I had about the unit. She asked me about my preferences and what I was looking for, and offer me options that would suit me. After three years, I still live happily in one of the places she showed me.

We had the pleasure of working with Priya as our real-estate agent. We were looking for a house to rent during our year-long renos. First, she was friendly, easy to work with, organized, and professional. Second, she took the time to really understand our needs. As a result, the properties she proposed were a good match. As a result, we stayed true to ourselves and got what we needed from the landlord. Example #3 – once we moved in, an issue arose and we needed her guidance on how to follow-up with the landlord. Although her job was done, she generously continued to guide us to the successful resolution of that issue. She didn’t need to do all that at all… but, as I said, she had our back; so she did.
